As first time homebuyers with a small child in tow, we were not prepared for the types of things we needed to think about in buying a home. Jane was an essential part of our process, both in keeping focused on the present (contracts, inspections, potential issues, etc.), and in thinking about how we would grow into the house and things to expect later on.
