We first met with her in December of 2022 where she talked with us about the land market and encouraged us to hold off a bit before we listed our land. In March she contacted us and advised us that the time was right... we listed it with her and within 48 hours had an offer that we then counter offered and within about an hour had an accepted offer. It could not have gone smoother. Also, except for our first meeting, everything was done from the convenience of our phone since we were traveling at the time. Even our closing was done remotely and went through without a hitch. We are very pleased with the service we received from TheGroup and Marne in particular.
