Marlene Albrecht has proven to be by far the best agent that I have ever worked with. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She has single handedly dealt with countless little issues, from water leaks to storm damage. She has effectively acted as my general contractor for property improvements that I have requested. She has sheltered me from high maintenance tenants. Buying, renting, and selling properties can be one headache after another, but Marlene has truly been a shining star in an industry fraught with mediocrity. I only wish I could have an agent like her in Florida and North Carolina too.
