Karin was so wonderful to work with. I was looking to purchase a home in Hunterdon County, but I was living out of state. I gave Karin an idea of the area and type of home I wanted to buy and she was able to find me the perfect home. This transaction was a little unusual in that I only saw the home virtually before purchasing it. Karin was with me every step of the way, conducting a thorough, virtual walk through, and she took care of everything to ensure a smooth closing process. Karin is very knowledgeable about the local market, she followed up on everything and she was a pleasure to work with.
