I can't say enough good things about Mark Moody. This is the second house that he has sold for me and both times he has gone above and beyond for us. His knowledge and capabilities go beyond the call of duty. He overcame every hurdle that we had, and we had many. We had a very difficult buyer and he handled him with grace and patience. (God Bless him for that) I would use Mark anytime I want to buy or sell real estate. He will always be my go-to person in real estate.
