Communication is key with me, and I don't want to be doing it all old school (On the phone). Mark gets this, and is always right on top of replies via email and text. I'm sure many people would not see this as a big deal, but I have turned away plenty of possible business transactions due to a business not respecting my communication preferences. It is a big deal to me, and I truly appreciate that.
