About Me I offer my clients a superior service that is focused on listening and delivering results. I value my clients time. I'm organized and disciplined to ensure my communication is consistent, precise, and measurable. I'm a professional real estate agent in the top 1% in my field with market knowledge that gives my clients the competitive knowledge they need. I would welcome the opportunity to earn a spot as your "go-to" real estate advisor. #ActiveInMarket My Goal is to keep my clients actively involved! I keep my clients involved in the Real Estate Market by providing up-to date market conditions & education, walking them through the transaction process, and providing information and guidance to enable them to make the decisions that are right for them. I fight hard for each of my clients! Through hard work, honesty, and hustle, I'm honored to have reached the top 1% of sales at Baird & Warner company-wide. In the past 3 years alone, I've completed over 70 transactions with combined sales of over $28 million. I utilize my expertise and experience to deliver the very best to my clients. #ActiveInCommunity My community has given me so much. Hosting free community events throughout the year is one way I can give something back. Another way I give back is by donating a bike to World Bicycle Relief organization for every 3 home sales I complete. I have already donated dozens of bikes and don't intend on slowing down any time soon! #ActiveInLifestyle For me, being #active extends to every area of my life. Whether it's leisurely biking, competitively participating in IRONMAN triathlons, or just enjoying the outdoors and local parks with my family, I love to get out and be...that's right, you guessed it...#ACTIVE! What My Clients Have to Say.... "He was thorough in his evaluation and valuation of our property and guided us through the process with deep knowledge of the community and market. He was a great communicator with loads of patience, energy and inspired creativity." "He listened, gave advice and took care of details, none too small. How could we expect to find an agent who would measure and order carpeting, materials and supplies, and supervise remodeling while minding a slim budget? If you want someone who is much more than an average real estate agent, will make things happen and sell your home in short order, Mark is your man. Thank you Mark!” "When we were ready to buy, our interaction with Mark stood out to us and we knew we wanted to work with him and his team. We are so glad we made this decision. Mark is knowledgeable, incredibly organized, responsive, everything you want in a realtor-but he also is able to make a personal connection that made a stressful time in our lives something fun and enjoyable. His knowledge and ability to educate and provide us with options at each step was integral in us securing the place we now love to live in." "When we look back at buying our first home instead of remembering nerves and stress, we will remember what a great time we had together and a lot of that is due to Mark! In addition to working with Mark, we took referrals from him to build our team-from lender to inspector to lawyer, his recommendations were spot on and this made the easy process even more seamless."
