My husband and I used Maria Shahvari when we purchased/built our house back in 2020 and then again when it was time to sell the same house in 2024. Both times Maria went above and beyond for us. Our house was completed and closed on in March 2020; however, with COVID and a military stop-movement we weren't able to travel/move until 2 months later. Maria made what would have been a stressful situation into an easy process. She continued to check-in on our house and even go so far as to have the AC fixed for us prior to moving-in months later. So when it came time to sell our home 4 years later it was a no-brainer to us who we would use. Maria walked us through the process of selling our home and was always available for questions and advice. We were on a short turn around time due to short-notice military orders, but Maria was able to quickly get our house listed and under contract in less than 48 hours. We can't thank you enough and will continue to recommend Maria to friends in the area!
