Maria is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with! We were new to the Chicago area and Maria took additional time to give us tours of the different neighborhoods, which helped us immensely in selecting the right neighborhood for us. She was an excellent negotiator on our behalf and she always responded immediately to any communications. We would highly recommend Maria to anyone who needs a realtor in the Chicago area and we would never use anyone else in the future. We are looking forward to buying a home in the near future, primarily because we are excited to work with Maria again! 2019 Update: Maria is fantastic! We have worked with Maria for 3 years, from the time when we first moved to Chicago and she showed us around the city and introduced us to all the different neighborhoods.
