I would highly recommend working with Margo! My husband and I had recently purchased an apartment and we were looking for someone to take over our rental lease in Kips Bay. We were struggling to find someone to takeover the lease ourselves, so we decided to work with Margo. Within two weeks she found us multiple people interested in the apartment and within three weeks it was signed. She communicated with us frequently and was easy to work with. We are very thankful that we found her to help us with the leasing. Thank you Margo!
