Marcela was terrific. She's extremely competent, as well as friendly and an overall wonderful person. She also tracks and analyzes market data both qualitatively and quantitatively, and because of this she really has a finger on the pulse of the market. She provided excellent guidance and help from start to finish in the selling process, including all the key pieces like repairs/improvements, staging, photographs, etc. We literally would not have been able to do it without her. And the outcome was amazing—both sale price and closing date were perfect. We would definitely choose Marcela again, and recommend her highly to others!
