My experience with Manuel and Anna was fantastic start to finish. As first time homebuyers with a low budget, we didn't know where we would land or whether home ownership was even possible. They showed patience, empathy, and understanding. When we decided not to leave Dufferin I basically had given up. The only reason we're in this house is because our realtors didn't give up. Not only that, but with this specific house it took 3 follow ups for me to even respond - crazy to think that if I continued to ignore and be discouraged we would still be renting. Thank you!!!!
