I want to thank Mr. Chamizo and his team for all his hard work they have put into selling our commercial spaces at Merrick Manor Coral gables. he started with an idea to call the retail section of the building, the Health Beauty Corridor. It was truly a success, we filled the 20,000 sq ft. of retail space in a short period of time. Mr. Chamizo is very serious about his work and very good at getting people together, he satisfies the lessee and the lessor. we are presently working on another project were I truly believe we will be successful again.
