As first-time home buyers, we were blown away by the care and professionalism we received from Lynne and the Better Homes and Gardens Shanahan Group. Very quickly, we realized that choosing a realtor also means choosing the network of people who will support you through the entire process, and their team is exceptional. Lynne was a consultant, a quarterback, and an advocate all in one. She educated us at every step, asked thoughtful questions, and helped us consider things we never would have thought of on our own. Her attention to detail made us feel like we were her only clients. One of the things I appreciated most was how Lynne consistently spoke about future needs and long-term support. She made it clear that our relationship with the Shanahan Group wouldn’t end at closing. They would continue to be there for us as new homeowners, ready to help with any question or concern that might come up after move-in. I also can’t emphasize enough how incredible the partners were that Lynne brought into the process. From our lender to our inspector to our attorney, every professional she connected us with was not only an expert in their field but also a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Going into this, I thought buying a home would be a one-time transaction. What I learned is that it’s actually about building a trusted community. People you can rely on when something inevitably breaks, changes, or surprises you. Lynne and the Shanahan Group gave us confidence, clarity, and a true sense of partnership. We couldn’t imagine going through this experience with anyone else.
