I've been in the client service industry for over 35 years. Building relationships is my passion...that's my "One Thing" that brings extraordinary results that sets me apart from other REALTORS®. I strive to serve my clients and offer an ultimate client experience while conducting business with integrity and trust through communication, follow-up and responding quickly to specific needs! W hat begins as a client/advisor relationship quickly changes to a friendship...which definitely does not end after closing! I began my career with Victoria's Secret Stores at the Headquarters in Columbus, OH. I was there for over 10+ years working in various departments that all centered around the client. In my eyes, all things begin and end with a satisfied client! I brought the same work ethic and goals when I joined Crye-Leike Realtors in GA. I've been with Crye-Leike for 7 years and continue to work with them as I'm dual licensed in NC and GA. I recently joined Allen Tate Realtors; it was an easy choice for me as they offer the top notch marketing, training and tools to drive my business to meet my goals. I have my relocation certification and my Performance Management designations with Women's Council of REALTORS ® that I utilize when assisting my clients in the listing and home buying process. I service all areas in and around the Triangle as well as Johnston County, where my two sons and I reside. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing Ms PacMan, cards, board games, working out, and hiking. CLIENT TESTIMONIES: "Where do I start? From the moment I was recommended to Lynn to help to the moment I met her, Lynn was warm and professional. Don't go with anyone else! She has your best interest and she will fight for you. She will keep you focused on the dream. Not one time did I feel like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision. Lynn will be aggressive (in a good way) for her clients. I found a home she got it closed on the date with no delays. She has a great reputation, I know from experience because everyone we dealt with to look at homes they responded quickly to her. Lynn was my realtor but we blossomed into friends. You will not be disappointed at all! CALL HER! Thank you Lynn with Humble Hearts and gratitude, we are moving into our dream home because of YOU!!" - C.P. February, 2022 It was by far one of the best "customer service" experiences of my life, and certainly the easiest and smoothest home sale transaction I have ever been a part of. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate, including our local market here in the Triangle. That much was evident within the first few minutes of meeting her at the beginning of the process, and I knew then we had made a good decision. The results speak for themselves and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - G.J. July, 2022
