I had a few rental properties in Saskatoon that I was looking to sell. Being in Ontario made the process rather challenging. Once I got in contact with Lynn, things went smoothly. We had a quick call so she could understand what I was looking to accomplish and how low I was willing to go. I had those properties sold within 3 months, much faster than I expected in this slower-moving market.
