Lynn Campbell is an extraordinary real estate agent. My mom, who is in her late 80s, recently decided it was time for a retirement community and was moving to Oregon where I reside. After 40 years of living in her home in Orange County, we had a huge task (both physical and emotional) to get her home ready for sale. Lynn was with us every step of the way: facilitating an estate sale, disposing of/donating unsold items, and staging the home. When all was said and done, the home looked remarkable! In the end, the house sold above asking price which was already more than my mom had hoped for. I can't end without saying that, equally important, was her kind and supportive nature, ensuring that my mom (and her children) unstood what was happening, why, and when. I truly can't say enough great things about Lynn. She helped ease what would have otherwise been an incredibly taxing time. --- Edwina Brandon-Kane
