Lynlee Dusek is the consummate professional. Our experience, which extended over ten months, spanned movements in the real estate market that required a comprehensive understanding of what was happening and the ability to relate this to us. We reached the point when the market traditionally sees very little activity and were considering pausing the listing. Lynlee felt conditions might be changing and encouraged us to give it a little more time and it paid off. We were moving out of state so the transaction was a little more complicated. Lynlee handled all of the details on our sale while we went on to Texas to be sure the closing went as required. Thanks Lynlee, we miss you as a friend. Ron and Rebeca
