Twenty-one successful years working with Baird & Warner, coupled with a career working in new construction for ten years with local Fox Valley high end builders such as Shodeen and South Hampton. I acquired the skill set and knowledge to read blueprints, to recognize key differences between excellent and poor quality building materials, and the ability to coach clients where money should be spent to maximize your home investment. State of Illinois real estate license as a salesperson and Managing Broker combined with an academic degrees in Economics (Bachelor-BA) and MBA in Finance. In order, to keep my clients abreast of today's market I use innovative tools which links them to state of the art technology for pinpoint searches and for dynamic marketing strategies on an hour/daily basis. My clients understand that I am working for them and am easily accessible during their search process and beyond. I have access to an extensive referral network of domestic and international top agents who will assist my clients with their global real estate needs, whether they are moving locally, within Illinois, out of state or globally. My husband's corporate job is international and gives me insight to the global world of real estate and trends. As a specialist in understanding the needs of both buyers and sellers, I pride myself on using my negotiating skills to get the highest price for the home seller and the lowest price for my buyers. Buying a home is the biggest investment that most people will undertake. As your realtor, I will listen, guide you, and support you in your decision making process. I have lived in the Fox valley area for the past 31+years and have raised three children through parochial and public schools. I am the proud grandmother of six grandchildren. I love living in the Fox Valley area and especially enjoy so many of the events that we have. If you are looking for a professional realtor with a genuine concern for your wishes and interests, please contact me anytime. I want to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
