We worked with Andy and Lori to purchase our first home in Palo Alto. I really appreciated their thorough process and their patience and willingness to meet us at open houses both during the week and during weekends. In many homes, Lori especially shared very candid feedback and was never attempting to "sell" us on a home, which we appreciated. When it was time to put in an offer, they supported us through the negotiation, even to a surprising degree - in the home we purchased, they were quite aggressive with price negotiations, well beyond what I would expect for a party who would benefit from a higher sales price. One minor issue with our experience is that we essentially did all of our own sourcing via Redfin; they never or rarely identified homes off market or that we didn't find on our own, though this may reflect of the low housing inventory in our market. Overall I had a very positive experience and would work with them again.
