My husband and I met Lois Dixon 14 years ago when moving from NY to Wilmington, NC. She came highly recommended and soon after working with her I could understand why. She was so accommodating. She would work from sun up to sun down if that was what you needed her to. She always had our best interest at heart. She gave us the pros and cons when looking at houses, never pushing anything just to make the sale. She sold us our first house, and then sold it. Since she has sold us 2 more homes acting as our listing agent as well as the buyer's agent. I wouldn't have anyone else as my realtor. I think one of her best qualities is the fact that she sells with integrity which is hard to come by these days. Realtors are a dime a dozen but good realtors that really care are a precious gem and very hard to come by.
