I started poking around the housing market late 2021 by requesting assistance with Dave Ramsey’s trusted agent service. The woman from that service called me, vetted me, and wrote me off immediately. Never heard from her again. Around that time I had also received a call from Lisa Stamper at Team Caropreso. Lisa was immediately invested in helping find a home for my wife and I. There were two years in a row that I was strictly in savings mode and she would check in to ensure the list of houses she was sending matched our criteria. She also did not get frustrated when I changed the requirements a couple of times and retracted our first offer on a house due to cold feet. She put in the work and absolutely deserved our business. A family emergency sent her out of state for a few weeks but she conducted a seamless transition with her teammate, Chris, who was also great! These folks are thorough, subject matter experts, and are looking out for your best interests. We are also grateful for the free use of their moving truck, an Amish pumpkin pie, and invites to their community events. Our highest recommendation to those looking for a home!
