Lisa was great. Always ready to show us houses and had great input. We found a home that fit our needs, and we were going to submit an offer, but Lisa went home that evening and did some research and found a two year old survey engineering inspection for the sub flooring. Turned out that the subfloor was over 1/4 inch out of plum due to the saturated materials pushing against the subfloor wall. This was not included information in the listing, so she had to go and do some digging to find this inspection. When we asked the new agent if these repairs have been made, she played the dumb card and didn't know even though she was the one that was the agent that sold the house to the current owners two years ago.
