We feared buying our first home would be a daunting experience until we sat down with Lisa to discuss our objectives. She walked us through the proverbial minefields from start to finish and helped make this an overall really positive experience. I'm convinced no one knows the local market better than Lisa or is better connected with the market players. In fact, as competitive buyers appeared, the selling agent seemed to prefer working with Lisa (which kept us in the pole position for our new house). She was in touch regularly and helped us stay on the path toward our closing — even calling us from her vacation to check in.
