Linh was amazing to work with when I was helping my mom sell her house. She worked with a contractor to "refresh" my mom's house, which was really a full remodel of the bathroom and kitchen, for a very low price and over the course of just a few weeks. She made the house look amazing and we got multiple great offers. She was an excellent ambassador in my mom's very tight-knit neighborhood and negotiated fairly and efficiently with the buyers. She really understood the nuances of my mom's preferences and was respectful and responsive throughout the process. This could have been a stressful process for my family, but Linh handled everything quickly and with a lot of kindness. We are so grateful to her!
