Lindsey helped us sell a house with a lot of complicated situations, from broken pipes to FHA loans to last minute fires (not literal) and her expertise, demeanor, and quality of work were second to none. It's the second house she sold for us this year and I can not imagine the process being any easier! Bonus: fat profits on this one! We technically sold even slightly above asking in a slow area! If we ever come back to Chicagoland, we know who to call!
