I have enjoyed working with Linda Folger on the purchase of my beach house. She was very pleasant from the start - listening to my hesitation to move to buy the house - right location and right specifications that I desired - I didn't want to jump into any house on the island as I had 40+ years of coming to Emerald Isle having a family beach house in Deer Horn Dunes. Linda was very through in her follow up at the closing. She did a great job in follow up on home inspection - working with the owner - & repairmen to totally understand the issues. From her first call initially,  my request to closing - Linda couldn't have been more pleasant - not pushy- but very helpful in finding the right house in the right neighborhood at the beach for my girls and me!!
