This is the 3rd home in the Charlotte area that Lexie helped me buy, and she also helped me with one in Florida that she didn't make a cent from! She knows the market, she knows how to look at and identify everything (like if there is a foundation issue, or asbestos, or bad neighborhood.) She knows what kind of house I like and scours all the sites for those, doesn't waste my time with things she already knows I won't like. I would not consider buying a house without her!
