After completing our third real estate deal with Leilani, I can only describe working with her as - the only way I want to work with an agent. Leilani is on top of everything, doesn’t bother you if she doesn’t need to, and gets to you fast for things that she needs your intel or input on. She doesn’t beat around the bush, is direct in a field with way too much complexity, and she simply knows her stuff. When it was time to sell the home she helped us purchase, she guided us through the small bits of prep we needed to get ready to go to market, and got us listed with multiple offers within our first week of showings (mind you, dear Zillow review reader, the place was in good shape and we were ready to roll, with the clock ticking since we were under contract elsewhere). It’s mental to say, “I’m going to miss working with my Realtor” but I’m absolutely going to miss working with Leilani. She is the best of the best of the best.
