Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Laurie Welsh. I am a wife, mother of five and grandmother of six. Time management has become second nature to me and that certainly carries over into my real estate business. My husband and I chose to move to North Carolina from Pennsylvania in 2008 because we felt North Carolina was a great place to work and raise a family. Developing relationships with the people I meet has been a favorite part of my real estate career. Since 2009, I have been educating buyers and sellers throughout the Triad and surrounding areas on current market values and trends. Specializing in residential real estate, including new construction, resales, foreclosures and investment properties fuels my passion for the industry and my clients. Communication is the cornerstone of any successful relationship. As your trusted partner, I will stay actively engaged throughout your home buying or selling experience, providing you with the "next step" process and information regarding your options during the transaction. My services also extend beyond the buying and selling process. Whether you are considering refinancing your mortgage, remodeling your home or simply need a recommendation for a reliable repair person, I am happy to assist you. Do you need to move out of state? Do you need a real estate professional in that area? Being affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, I have the ability to connect you to nearly 2500 real estate professionals world-wide in nearly 500 offices that will provide excellent service for your real estate needs. So if a move is in your future, I hope you'll choose me as your realtor and trusted partner. Licensed in North Carolina
