Laura is the best!! A few months ago she helped my wife and I buy our first home and we had a fantastic experience! As first-time buyers, we had no idea where to start and felt so intimidated at the thought of even contacting a real estate agent. Laura was incredibly patient walking us through the intricacies and peculiarities of buying in SF. She did a ton of work helping us understand what was important to us in a home. She was refreshingly blunt about what was possible within our budget , and showed us enough different types of places that we were able to sort through what features were worth it and what we could live without. At the start of this process, I'm not sure the place we ended up buying would have even made it through our zillow filters, but I'm so thrilled with what we ended up with! Communication with Laura and her team was the best - she was responsive by email, text, and phone usually within minutes, even at odd hours. A few times she helped us put together late night bids on a tight schedule with only a few hours notice! I know she had a number of other clients actively buying and selling at the same time, but we always felt like her priority. She has a wide net of professional connections within SF that made different parts of the home buying process much easier. She personally knew most of the selling agents we ended up crossing paths with, an I'm convinced that helped our bid get accepted on the place we bought. Once we closed she had a long list of contacts to help us with plumbing, electrical, flooring that really came in handy! TL;DR: Laura understands her clients values and helps them find what they're looking for, is incredibly easy to work and communicate with, has great connections within the city, and is generally a lovely person who I would 100% work with again!
