Laura Kaufman was wonderful to work with on the sale of my first house. She was professional, extremely responsive and available, and always made sure we understood what was happening during the process. We had a difficult family situation trying to sell an inherited house, and Laura was patient and reassuring during some very tense months. I live out of town and was worried I'd have to fly in every time we needed more work done to the house, but Laura took care of everything. She met with all the contractors and arranged payment and would even drop things last minute to run over to the house if an issue came up. All the work Laura arranged was done well, on time, and at a good price. Laura never seemed stressed, which made the experience so much easier. Her professionalism, calm, and great personality helped our family tremendously. I hope to have a chance to work with her again.
