High, very high, in fact, our highest recommendation. She was the agent for our neighbor, and he wholeheartedly recommended her to us. We owe him a debt of gratitude. At our first meeting, Laura was immediately thrilled to help us get prepared to sell our house and move to another state. She spent two hours carefully explaining the selling process: staging the house to be shown online and in person, posting an online virtual tour, reminding us to schedule inspections (found bats and arranged for their removal at the appropriate time), making sure we were arranging all necessary repairs, and replying quickly to all offers and counteroffers. Also at our first meeting, Laura provided a full set of sample documents needed at the beginning and end of the selling process. She carefully explained all financial matters so that there would not be any surprises. To give us peace of mind, she responded quickly to all phone calls and/or emails and texts. The proof of her superb professionalism is clear: our house sold in two days at a price higher than we were asking. If anyone asks us to recommend an agent, our list has only one name on it: Laura Graper.
