Krystal Richards truly cares about her clients. She always goes the extra mile and is highly skilled at keeping the momentum of a potential sale moving forward, no matter the challenges that can pop up between buyers and sellers. She’s also easy to work with, keeps everything on track and is dedicated to helping her clients. Ms. Richards is also kind, thoughtful, always professional and supportive through all the ups and downs that go along with many real estate transactions. I’ve worked with realtors who have difficult personalities, only care about making the sale and offer little help throughout the process. For them the commission means everything and their client is just a means to accomplish that. Ms. Richards is the opposite of this. She stands out in yet another way. Her optimism, empathy, high level of support and excellent work ethic make it a pleasure to work with her. She succeeds in closing a transaction where others would not have been able to. She also has a great sense of humor and treats everyone with kindness. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation for any realtor than I’m giving Ms. Richards — someone who holds herself to the highest standards, has a deeply ingrained code of ethics, sticks by you, honors your wishes and totally has your back throughout every transaction. She has helped me purchase two properties and go to contract on three others that turned out to be poor investments for me. We have worked together for a long time and she’ll always be my realtor in the Tucson region and any other place where she’s licensed. . With these qualities—some of which are rare in the industry—she’s bound to be one of the few who become the highest earners and command the most sales in her field. I can never thank Ms. Richards enough for her efforts on my behalf. I am more than happy to offer a reference to potential clients who can benefit from others’ experiences. Gratefully, Melanie Harrice Arndt
