Kristy was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. We first met kristy several years ago when we were looking for a house for our daughter. She took time to help us navagate the knoxville area as we were from out of town. Making recommendations on areas to look. In one weekend we found a house and she was able to get us the price we asked for. As our daughter finished at UT, we again called Kristy and she made her recommendations of what needed to be done to the house and within 4 days of listing we had an offer.
