We were a little confused about what price to put on our house IF we decided to list it ourselves. So, we finally gave in and called Kristine Kniep who was recommended by our daughter. Boy, are we glad we did! She gave us a price suggestion that was more realistic than we had been thinking and told us that she would do all the "grunt work" for us.
