Kristin worked with us for about a year between listing our home and deciding to build a new one! She kept us very informed throughout the sale of our home. We had never been through the home building process so we leaned heavily on Kristin during the process. She let us know what to expect, what questions to ask, and how to handle any hurdles that were thrown our way. She is always readily available to take our calls when we need her! I would highly recommend her to help you on your home journey - whether it's buying old, new, or selling!
