We presented Kristin with a challenging scenario, needing to help us find a home quickly because our home in SE Ohio sold faster than expected. Additionally, she had to set appropriate expectations with us on what the Columbus condo market looked like. She remained patient and positive as we adjusted to the sticker shock of the Columbus market. We don’t hope to be moving again, but if we were I would certainly call on her to help with that process.
