We decided fairly quickly to put our house on the market. We made a call to Kimberly Allen and she put her "best" on the case. From the moment we met, Maria Philpott, we knew that she was the one we wanted to work with! Maria is professional, knowledgeable and just an all around great person. Our house was priced right and she made herself available for all our questions, concerns and most of all our nerves. We took advantage of the moving truck that is available when working with her and were very happy with all of the referrals that we needed along the way. Selling the home we lived in for 23 years was hard, but Maria made us feel comfortable and assured. We would definitely recommend Maria!
