Susan Hill’s experience and deep understanding of the Charlotte market were invaluable to me! She came highly recommended by my daughter and did not disappoint. From our first meeting to the closing of my Ballantyne townhome, Susan was thoughtful, responsive and dedicated to finding me the right home, in the right location, at the right price. I relied on her knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market to put together an offer to win the seller’s commitment in a multiple offer situation. Susan has exceptional communication skills, she is intuitive and these traits lead her team seamlessly through the entire process ~ negotiating, financing , sales and purchase, inspections and closing. In particular, Susan’s business savvy and connection with several financial institutions allowed me to quickly identify a mortgage lender who understood my sense of urgency and unique financing needs.Buying and selling properties and moving from New England to NC can be daunting. Susan brings genuine sincerity for this type of milestone and a level of confidence that is very reassuring.
