Kim was assigned to us through my relocation company. She was absolutely the best - she was very supportive and responsive. She helped us when we had issues with our builder. She showed us all around Cincinnati and helped us with our decision to ultimately build. We are so grateful to have had Kim to help us get adjusted here.
