Kim was handed an extremely complex situation with myself and 5 siblings who were all new to the home sale complexities. Constant inquiries from 6 stressed out heirs to our father 1917 craftsman home. Our concern were expertly mitigated by Kim and her understanding of the process and ability to communicate the next step with patience and understanding. Excellent experience for my family and an outcome that made us all very appreciative. Thank you Kim
