Kevin and his dad are a fantastic team. They go well beyond what we have ever experienced with an agent. This was an estate sale. They know the Silver Spring market and have top notch contractors they can recommend for needed repairs. They met the contractors and made sure the work was done as expected. They follow up on every detail to make the entire process seamless. Best agent we have ever worked with.
