Kevin entered real estate in Southern California in 1986 and relocated to Colorado's spectacular Vail Valley in 1989 where he transitioned his career as a highly successful real estate broker. An avid outdoorsman and naturalist, Kevin has cycled from north of the Arctic Circle in the Yukon, Canada, to just south of Guatemala City, Guatemala. He has also spent significant time in the Alaskan backcountry, living off the land while studying and observing local plant and animal life. (The fishing wasn't bad either.) This 1994 Alaskan adventure is detailed in the 2020 book "Reaching the end of the Trail, The Journals of Richard L. Proenneke 1992-2000 edited by John Branson. After 24 years of committed service, successful transactions and long term client relationships, Kevin has firmly established himself as one of the valley's leading real estate experts, specializing in Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. As a former property owner in Arrowhead, Kevin has a keen insight into its unique lifestyle and amenities. His extensive experience in design, construction and marketing benefits his valued clients in carefully advising them in their buying, selling and investment decisions. His motto "If you don't live on the edge, you can't see the view", defines Kevin's character. Whether it is climbing one Colorado's 14,000 foot mountains, riding his road or mountain bike up one of Colorado's mountain passes or just a day skiing on Beaver Creek Mountain, Kevin's love and knowledge of the Colorado backcountry is unsurpassed. Kevin has a passion for music, playing guitar and bass guitar. He has had the opportunity to play in several bands over the years and is currently part of his church's music ministry. Bottom Line - whether your needs are straight forward or sophisticated and unconventional, Kevin's intimate knowledge of the Vail/Beaver Creek Resort Villages will benefit you in evaluating all opportunities. Luxury property specialist in Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.
