While the work I have received from Dr. Jong has been satisfactory and I have no reason to criticize that treatment the clinic is another story. My last visit, emphasis on last, I waited 2.5 hrs for a tech to ask me a couple of questions after a dilation. In case no one gets it the world runs on schedules. Sometimes we get behind and are late, most of us are considerate enough to apologize and (here is the real killer) try to do better. After I spoke to the clinic administrator my last visit after my wait at Grammercy (she at least understood the current situation) I had the gall to assume someone would accept responsibility and I would have received a rote I am sorry for the inconvenience call. My assumption is they were too busy with overbooking themselves to give a thought to a patient. Originally I was Dr. Arnault's patient on referral from an employee of mine. I moved to Dr. Jong because my eye glasses were misdiagnosed. I assume both are good technician's; hopefully they were learn to be good doctors versus bourgeois businessmen. This is why healthcare will be socialized- no control of the the greed.
