Kent Thompson helped us purchase a condo property in 2017 as a second home near family, and we did not hesitate to contact him this year to sell that same property. He did his research to develop pricing, and of course helped us to stage the property. At the same time, given our goal was to maintain a second home in the area, but with lower expenses since we do not frequent it as often as several years ago, he quickly led us to a new development which met these goals. Thru both buying and selling, since we live several hours away, he went beyond expectations by meeting the builder on our behalf as an example.
