We can truly recommend Kent Thompson at Berkshire Hathaway Realty in Chapel Hill. He recently completed a very successful sale for our family. We had an unusual situation that was difficult and he skillfully guided us with sound advice based on his experience. He helped us to maximize our gain by knowing where and how much to invest in the house before sale. He walked us through the whole process, always responding immediately to any concern. We appreciate his assistance and highly recommend him as a real estate agent.
