Mr. Thiemann came highly recommended by a long time friend who had high regard for his experience, honesty and work ethic. Mr. Thiemann did a comprehensive review of properties in the area and suggested an accurate price for the home. Four offers were received the first day of the listing; one of which we accepted. It is difficult to know all of the many things he did to facilitate the sale. We do not live in the west side of the state. He kept us appraised of every factor affecting the sale, every step of the way though closing to include arranging for required repairs, and working with contractors. We believe that he is an exceptionally good realtor and always had our best interest at heart. It would be great if everyone selling a property could have a realtor with his knowledge, experience and professionalism and honesty.
