Ken was amazing to work with! He is knowledgeable about the entire greater Spokane area and was able to speak to neighborhood histories, average costs of housing, and pros and cons to each neighborhood and location. When it came time to tour houses, Ken was a spectacular asset and was incredibly patient as we bombarded him with what felt like a million questions. We were able to find a home that we loved and Ken expertly navigated us through the offer and negotiation process.
