I have been helping hundreds of people buy and sell real estate in Swift Current and area for over 28 years now, so I have extensive experience to help you accomplish your real estate goals. My main focus is to provide you with the information you need to make the decision that is best for you and then help you with the steps to achieve that. Whether buying that perfect home or property for revenue, or selling your home or acreage, I can give you the professional guidance that you can depend on. I know people are trusting me with perhaps the largest purchase or sale they will ever make in their lifetime. I do not sugarcoat things to get your business, as you deserve the truth and are depending on me for honest advice. I would rather lose you as a client than lie to you. Life is too short and our lovely city is too small for me to lose my reputation by mistreating or lying to a client. Perhaps that is why I have many, many repeat clients who have also referred family and friends to me, as well as clients who have become wonderful friends. I pride myself on being accessible, I am a good listener as well as a good communicator, and will respond quickly to meet your needs. My past life in the newspaper and advertising industry certainly has helped me hone my communication skills as well as my ability to promote your property in a top-notch manner. I have also incorporated the internet into my marketing arsenal. In fact, I was the first agent in Swift Current to have their own web page and I continue to aggressively market in this area as people continue to use the net as their primary tool when looking for a new home. So that is me in a nutshell. Whether you're buying or selling, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help you with all your real estate needs.
